The Chineese
Calendar was discovered around 700 years ago and
helps aid in figuring out the sex of an unborn child, by the
month of conception and age of the mother at that time.
Weight gain during

Every women is different, but most doctors say a safe and
health weight gain of 25-35 pounds of a women at normal
weight when conception occurs.
Women underweight should gain about 34 pounds, and women
over weight about 20.

There are many charts to choose from one being a nutritional
chart that will help Pregnency women keep up with the amount
of calcium, protein, etc…they will need everyday to help
their unborn child grow.
