Exercise? What is that? Is it okay to exercise while
pregnent?
Well believe it or not a pregnant, stressed body would be
thankful for this in the long run and everyone knows what
exercise is. Its just a matter of getting up and doing it.
Exercising during Pregnency not only keeps a woman's body in
shape, but help the body prepare for delivery.
Here are a few exercise for Pregnency women, but please talk
to a physician before beginning:
• Start with stretches. Don't over do it. Nice and easy.
• Walking • Swimming • Stationary bike • Low-impact aerobics
These are just a few of the things available. Many gyms have
sign up for classes that are especially for pregnant women.
There are even videos, DVD's, and CD's that will help.
They even have pilates and yoga for pregnant women. The
choices are endless. Prenatal and post natal tapes are
available as well. Whatever the choice is be sure to talk to
a physician first. Make sure they approve of the type of
program or can recommend one.
Make sure to keep up a routine of 20 minutes 3-5 times a
week. It will help relief stress and help tone those extra
pounds that come with Pregnency.
Don't stop once the buddle of joy arrives. After the healing
and bonding period, start with the routine again, but only
if the doctor approves.
New stresses will arise after delivery and a happy mother,
makes a happy baby. It is time to enjoy the buddle of joy,
not stress over it. Relax and get started with those
stretches.
